Manifesto
Organizations never browse a talent pool. Developers never spray résumés into public listings. We screen, tier, and introduce — then stay in the room until contacts unlock after hire.
How it works
Five beats. We stay the bridge at every step.
You define the role. We never open a pool.
Share the stack, seniority band, timezone, and hard constraints. Zenith works from your brief alone — organizations never browse developers.

Privacy
The brokerage stays confidential until the process is complete — verification before introduction, agreement before disclosure.
Organizations see redacted profiles. Name, email, phone, and links stay staff- or owner-only until placement allows disclosure.
There is no self-serve talent marketplace. You brief us; we curate referrals that fit.
Contacts unlock after hire and a signed CodeZenith↔organization placement fee agreement.
Every developer is reviewed by our team — organizations get the level they asked for.
Emerging developers with strong fundamentals and standout projects. Ready to grow fast.
Professionals who own features end to end and thrive in a real product team.
Senior and principal engineers who lead architecture, mentor teams, and ship at scale.
For companies
Share your requirements. We introduce vetted, tiered developers and manage the bridge from first call to hire.
Every developer is screened and graded before referral. You only meet people who match your brief.
Tell us what you need. We hand-pick and introduce — no sifting through applications.
Candidate contacts stay gated. First conversations happen in rooms we set up.

Screening, privacy, tiers, and placement — how Zenith Talent actually works.
No. Zenith Talent is a managed developer brokerage from CodeZenith. Organizations never browse a talent pool, and developers never self-apply to public listings. We screen, tier, and introduce privately.
Submit a hire request with your role, stack, and seniority needs. We match screened developers and share anonymized profiles. When there is mutual interest, we schedule the interview and stay the bridge through placement.
A one-time fee of 15% of annual salary, charged after placement. There is no subscription for matching and no public marketplace. The fee covers screening, private referral, interview coordination, and the placement bridge.
Profiles stay redacted until hire and a signed CodeZenith↔organization placement fee agreement. Contact details unlock only then. Staff may hold disclosure until the fee is paid, depending on the placement.
Every developer is reviewed by our team and graded before referral. Beginner: strong fundamentals, ready to grow. Intermediate: owns features end to end. Expert: leads architecture and ships at scale. Organizations get the level they asked for.
Create a developer account, complete your profile, and go through screening. We assign a tier, then introduce you privately when an organization fits — you are never listed on a public board.
No. There is no talent marketplace and no self-serve pool. You share a brief; we curate referrals. That keeps candidates selective and introductions confidential.
CodeZenith stays in the room. We schedule screening interviews with talent, and placement interviews with organizations and developers. We coordinate the call and remain the bridge through hire.
Share your brief. We introduce anonymized, tiered developers and stay the bridge through placement.
